Let me guess what you think of when you hear...Lotion Convention??

Yes, that is right..LOTION CONVENTION. Now I don't know about you, but when I heard the words Lotion Convention i think of all the blonde, overly tan people that work at tanning beds. Lol needless to say that i was extremely out of place. For one reason because i have RED hair but also because i don't tan in the tanning beds which means I am rather pale....!! I was the definition of sore thumb.
Anyways the point of a Lotion convention is to train all the employees on how to better sell the products. So they have a trainer come in who talks for two hours about each seperate lotion that we are going to be carrying. It gets rather exciting because at the end the trainer gives out free product to those that answer her questions correctly....it tends to be a full out brawl. Why is that!? Because the products that we sell retail for about 100 or more a bottle, and she is giving them out for free!!!! So the crazy tanning obbsessed employees live for these conventions and it is quite the experience to witness. It is hard to explain the experince i had, Lol the only way i can even begin to get you close to what I experienced is to show you a couple pictures!

So overall it was rather interesting and needless to say a trip! But the other main focus is that we are being trained on these lotions so that we can get everyone ready for SPRING BREAK which is two and a half weeks away (not that im counting)!! But I am more than ready for a whole week off! And it is also my birthday so i am soo very ready for that!
Also GOODLUCK to the boys this week, they are off to Missouri to play Indiana Wesleyan University in the first round of the National tournament!
