Creativity Boot Camp and Think Tank
March 3, 4 & 10, 2015 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Community Room, Whitewater Hall
Facilitator: Julia Roberts
If you face challenges that require creative solutions, or have a team that needs help to collaborate for innovative results, then come learn and apply the science of creativity. Creative Problem Solving (CPS) is the result of 60 years of research and use, and is proven to enhance creativity in individuals and teams. After two days of training in the process, come back for a third day of think tanking on your actual business challenges.
There is a $500 fee for a team of 3-5 people for the three sessions together. Registration is required; RSVP at iue.edu/leadership.
Julia Roberts is the president and founder of Lemony Fresh Ideas, a consultancy devoted to helping clients squeeze the most out of their innovation efforts. Julia has a master's certificate from Buffalo State College's International Center for Creative Studies and has wored in idea-tion, concepting and strategic branding for over 25 years with clients such as: American Express, Western Union, Kraft Food Services, Gevalia Kaffe, KitchenAid, and Warner Bros Video. These sessions will cover several simple tools that can be used with teams to stimulate active participation and increase the effectiveness of prioritizing action.
